Pump parts for OMAX waterjet cutting machines: water filter cartridges, assembled seal housings, inlet body and check valve rebuild kits, sapphire orifice assemblies and the components of the high-pressure circuit.

Water quality is the single factor that most affects how long these parts last. A filter cartridge costs very little next to a seal housing or an orifice, and changing it on time is the cheapest maintenance there is on a waterjet.

The orifice is a consumable: as it wears, the jet loses coherence and cut quality drops before the machine gives any warning. If your edges have started to taper or the kerf has widened, the orifice is usually the first thing to check.
